Recent News IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE Please read the attached letter regarding the change in the CDC’s recommendation for managing travels from countries with Level 2 and Level 3 Travel Advisories. SAU 16 will continue subscribe to the recommendations from the CDC, the NH Department of Health and Human Services, the NH Bureau of Infectious Diseases, and its consulting physician, Dr. Kristen Johnson of Core Physicians. As this fluid situation changes, we will continue to keep you informed as we recieve and confirm information. COVID-19 UPDATE #2 March 04, 2020 (click to open) Understanding Competency Based Education – SAU16 Competency-based learning refers to systems of instruction, assessment, grading, and academic reporting that are based on students demonstrating that they have learned the knowledge and skills they are expected to learn as they progress through their education. The general goal of competency-based learning is to ensure that students are acquiring the knowledge and skills that are deemed essential to success in school, higher education, careers, and adult life. 2019 Convocation The 2019-2020 SAU 16 school opening Convocation took place at Exeter High School on Thursday, August 22, 2019. NEW STUDENT Online Registration The new student online registration portal is to be used for any new student that has recently enrolled in an SAU 16 school. Please check back in early March for the registration link. Quick Tip Digital Hotline SAU 16 makes the safety of all students and staff in our schools a top priority. In our continuing efforts to improve the safety at all SAU 16 schools, we are introducing a new service. Starting on April 11, 2018, SAU 16 will be offering a Quick Tip digital hot line which is an anonymous reporting system. This “See Something, Say Something” tip line allows anyone to communicate concerns about unsafe behavior within the SAU 16 community. To access the system, click this Quick Tip Hotline link . Food Service Workers Needed Exeter Region Cooperative School District FOOD SERVICE Exeter Region Cooperative School District Food Service Department is seeking individuals who would like to work in a child friendly environment. School year calendar and school hours. No experience needed, we will train. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, able to stand for long period of time, and able to bend.
